Chauffeur prive Maroc by CITY CHARTER SERVICES SARL registered in the commercial register under the number 358167, holder of the approval of tourist transport 1362 / TOUR / 2016 and whose head office is located at 357, BD MOHAMED V, 1st floor, Casablanca, provides a travel service in a tourist vehicle with driver.
The "click" that you execute after completing your order constitutes the validation of the latter and will be irrevocable acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Any order placed on the site www.chauffeur-prive-maroc.com assumes the customer unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of the following conditions:
Customers can book their transfer either online via the www.chauffeur-prive-maroc.com website or by phone.
For any reservation, a delay of 24 hours before the date of the transfer is required. All bookings will be confirmed by e-mail and a "transfer voucher" will be sent to the client on condition that the client completes the reservation form correctly and completely.
Reservations less than 24 hours before the scheduled transfer time can be made by phone depending on the availability of vehicles.
The customer must bring either the confirmation e-mail or the transfer voucher to present to our driver on the day of the transfer. Otherwise, the transfer will not be possible and the booking will be considered canceled at the initiative of the customer less than 24 hours before departure
2-Modifications, cancellations and refunds of reservations:
Any modification must be done by email on the address firstname.lastname@example.org or on the form of contact on the site www.chauffeur-prive-maroc.com minimum 24 hours before the time of the transfer.
Less than 24 hours, changes will not be possible over the phone and cancellations are no longer refunded.
The refund in case of cancellation of the transfer 24 hours before the scheduled time of transfer is 100%.
The prices mentioned on the site www.chauffeur-prive-maroc.com are indicated in Moroccan dirham and in euros TTC, and are valid at the time of their consultation by the customer and are those in force at the time of the order.
The purchase order and the transactions are done in Dhs.
Any change of rate will automatically be reflected in the price of the products.
4 payment methods are available:
- Payment by credit card: (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, CMI, Diners Club and Discover);
-Regulations through PayPal;
-Bank Transfer: (The payment will have to credit our account before the transfer date);
-Payment upon transfer: (conditioned by acceptance of CITY CHARTER SERVICES);
Electronic payments are secured by the platform CMI (Center Monétique Interbancaire) which offers a fully secure payment service.
The customer guarantees to CITY CHARTER SERVICES that he has the necessary authorizations to use the method of payment chosen by him, during the validation of the Order Form.
5-Arrival and departure:
Customers are required to respect the arrival and departure procedures detailed in their booking confirmation. If one of the procedures was not respected by the client, on its own, and had the effect of preventing the assumption of responsibility under the conditions provided, the reservation will be considered canceled at the initiative of the customer less than 24 hours before departure.
The information requested when booking is necessary to process your request and it is treated confidentially.
You have a right of rectification concerning the data concerning you.
You may receive advertisements and forms from CITY CHARTER SERVICES unless you have stated that you refuse to use your personally identifiable information for its purposes.
7.1. Responsibility of CITY CHARTER SERVICES:
- The vehicles used to ensure the transfers are in conformity with the technical standards imposed by the Moroccan regulation in force.
-The drivers are required to respect the Highway Code.
7.2. Customer's responsibility:
-The client is required to respect the schedule.
-The customer is not allowed to modify the planned itinerary.
-The customer agrees to adopt, on board the vehicle, a behavior that is not contrary to the rules of common sense and compliance with Moroccan laws and regulations in force.
- Any deterioration or degradation of the vehicle will be billed for the total amount of repairs needed.
-The customer is responsible for his belongings are he keeps custody. He must make sure not to forget anything in the vehicle. CITY CHARTER SERVICES will not be held responsible for the loss of personal items or luggage on board its vehicles.
8-Case of absolute necessity:
CITY CHARTER SERVICES is bound to perform the obligations only to the extent that no event of absolute necessity hinders them.
CITY CHARTER SERVICES declines any responsibility for the delays which would be consecutive to a case of absolute necessity or attributable to the customer. These events cannot give rise to any compensation.
Any dispute relating to the interpretation, conclusion and execution of these general conditions of sale and the carrier's performance will be submitted to the competent courts in the jurisdiction of Casablanca. This clause applies even in the event of summary proceedings, requests for incidents, multiple defendants or warranty claims.
